How to File a Grievance
You may file a grievance by sending an email to ggrievance@shikhar.store with the following details:
- Your name and contact information
- Order number (if applicable)
- Detailed description of your grievance
- Supporting documents or images (if any)
Response Timeline
We acknowledge all grievances within 48 hours of receipt. The Grievance Officer shall address and resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt as per the IT Rules, 2021.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to the relevant consumer forum or regulatory authority.
