1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India. During checkout, your pincode is validated against your selected state to ensure accurate delivery.

2. Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping charge of ₹79

Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order. The total payable amount shown at checkout is all-inclusive (including shipping and GST).

3. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated Delivery: 5-9 business days from the date of order confirmation
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days (typical)
• Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5-9 business days (typical)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, natural calamities, or logistics constraints.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at shikhar.store/track-order.php

5. Undelivered Orders

If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund.
