All products listed on shikhar.store are genuine and sourced from verified suppliers. Prices displayed are the final payable amounts inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST at 5%). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. There are no misleading discount claims — all original prices (MRP) and selling prices are accurately displayed.

3. Orders & Payment

We accept payments via UPI (through MMADPay) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed (for UPI) or accepted (for COD), you will receive a confirmation email. Order IDs are generated uniquely and maintained consistently across all systems.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Standard delivery takes 5-9 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999. For detailed shipping information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We do not sell any prohibited or restricted items including but not limited to drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, lottery tickets, adult content, or tobacco/alcohol products.
