Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact us at care@shikhar.store with your order number.
- Before Shipping: Full refund will be initiated within 2 business days
- After Shipping: Cancellation is not possible once the order has been dispatched. You may return the product after delivery.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Product must not be damaged by the customer
- Certain categories like innerwear and customized items are non-returnable
To initiate a return, email us at care@shikhar.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Refund Timeline
- UPI Payments: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product
- Failed UPI Transactions: If money was debited but the transaction failed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 3-5 business days
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free return pickup and process a full refund or replacement.
6. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — you will need to provide your bank account details.
